Boards and modules, built to your specification

We don't sell from a catalogue. Tell us what the board has to do, and the engineers design it, or take your existing design and build it as specified.

Sample boards

Boards built by our manufacturing partner in Taiwan, each tagged with the item it belongs to above. They show the range of work, not a catalogue: your board is built to your drawing.

  • A square green board with a large FPGA in the centre and high-density connectors along all four edges

    Item 1

    FPGA processing board

  • A dense control board with shielded processors, oscillators and an edge connector on the left

    Item 1

    FPGA and DSP control board

  • A green data acquisition board with a row of gold RF connectors along one edge

    Item 2

    Multichannel ADC board

  • A blue RF transceiver board with gold-plated edges and shielded sections

    Item 3

    L, C and X-band transceiver module

  • An RF module in a machined aluminium housing, with the gold circuit visible inside

    Item 3

    Ka-band module

  • A black flight-control board with three metal shields and an edge connector

    Item 4

    Flight-control board

  • A green IMU board with an antenna connector on top and mounting holes in each corner

    Item 4

    Inertial measurement unit

  • A half-round green control module with a long edge connector

    Item 5

    MIL-STD-1553 control module

  • A half-round green power module with two large metal-shielded converters

    Item 6

    Power management module

Two ways to work with us

Design and build. You bring the requirement: what the board does, its interfaces, its environment. The engineers propose an architecture, design the board and build it. You approve at each design review.

Build to print. You already have a design and need a second source. Send the specification first; full Gerbers, bill of materials and test plan follow under NDA. The board is built as specified, and the design stays yours.

Either way it starts the same: a block diagram or a specification, and a feasibility and design-for-manufacture review back at no cost.

Made and inspected in the partner's own factory

Assembly runs in the partner's own SMT factory in Taiwan, with automated optical inspection (AOI) and X-ray inspection. Test is agreed per project, against your test plan or one we write with you.

Not every board is built the same way. What a first article looks like, and how it is tested, is part of the quote you receive.

Which board do you want a second source for?

Send a block diagram or a specification. You get a feasibility and design-for-manufacture review back. No cost, no commitment.
