Arwin Bosman, founder of TDM Technologies
Arwin founded TDM Technologies to give European hardware teams a second source they can work with: a Dutch contract, one person to talk to, and an engineering team in Taiwan that builds to the drawing.
He has spent nine years in business-to-business sales. At Ebury he worked with CFOs and treasury teams on cross-border payments, and he went on to build a B2B consultancy from no clients to more than 25 enterprise accounts.
From 2024 to 2026 he worked in the secretariat of the Dutch Cyber Security Council, the independent body that advises the Dutch government on cyber security. In 2025 he travelled with the Dutch trade mission to the Drone Summit in Riga.
He splits his time between Amsterdam and Taiwan, close to the engineers who build your boards.

Why Taiwan
Taiwan builds a large share of the world's electronics, and its engineering teams are used to working from a customer's drawing: asking hard questions early, then building exactly what was specified.
Our partner is one of those teams. Design, assembly and inspection sit under one roof, so the people who review your requirement are the people who build the board.
Why a European company
Buying electronics from the other side of the world should not mean a contract you can't read or a supplier you can't reach. You contract with TDM Technologies B.V., registered in Amsterdam, and export control is handled under Dutch and EU law before anything is quoted.
