Working on a European programme? Because we build to your design and you keep design authority, the boards can count within the non-EU share that programmes such as SAFE and EDIP allow. Your programme's rules decide, so raise it early and we will work through it with you.
Export control, handled before anything else
TDM Technologies B.V. is a Dutch company and works under Dutch and EU export-control law. The checks below happen before a quote, not after an order.
- Screening before every quoteEvery buyer, end user and forwarder is checked against EU, UK, US and UN sanctions lists before we quote, and the result is kept on file.
- Controlled items wait for authorisationItems that need an export licence or a notification are quoted only once that licence or notification is in place.
- Your drawings stay out of emailStart with a block diagram or a specification. Full drawings follow under a three-way NDA and go directly to the engineering team, after you confirm whether the data is export-controlled.
- Clear limitsWe do not work with parties linked to Russia, Belarus, Iran or North Korea.
